Alexa Morrow Licensed Esthetician and Certified Laser Technician Our esthetician, Alexa Morrow, graduated from the esthetics program at Xenon International in 2008 and has been practicing as an esthetician for two years. Alexa specializes in clinical skin care including chemical peels, treatment of acne and dehydrated skin, and laser treatments. In the fall of 2009 Alexa received her laser certification from The College of International Esthetics. While being clinically focused Alexa can also provide an incredibly relaxing body treatment. In addition Alexa's extensive training covers facial and body waxing, lash and brow tinting, hot stone therapy, makeup artistry, and microdermabrasion. Alexa is highly skilled at evaluating each individual's skin and determining their skin types and conditions, then recommending the proper home regimen and necessary treatment to keep the skin naturally healthy. Alexa began Simple Skin at Bare Necessities in the beginning of 2010. The product lines used at Simple Skin are Sanitas and Bioelements for skin and body care, and Essentials for waxing. We have a wide variety of treatments to offer, each one customizable to you needs and concerns. Skin Care Treatments Basic, Men's, and Teen Customizable Facials $50 Each facial is 50 minutes and includes a through skin analysis, a deep cleansing, an exfoliation mask, steam, extractions if needed, a treatment mask, and therapeutic massage. All facials are modified for your skin type and completely customizable and can be upgraded at any time. Whether you are fighting the dry winter, battling acne, preventing the signs of aging, or just want to relax we have the facial for you. Express Facials $30 This is an abbreviated 30 minute version of our basic facial. If you do not have time for a complete facial this is a quick and inexpensive way to get targeted results. Express facials consist of a deep cleansing followed by your choice of targeted treatment. Choices are, intense extractions -or- specialty mask -or- exfoliation scrub -or- 15 minute massage. Perfect for a relaxing lunch break or a way to avoid rush hour at the end of the day. Back Treatment $60 This is a facial for your back This treatment is designed to clean away the dry, congested skin on your back caused by hair care products and hydrate the beautiful skin underneath. This treatment is composed of a through skin analysis, a deep cleansing, an exfoliation scrub with steam, extractions if needed, a treatment mask, and a therapeutic massage. Like any facial this treatment is customizable and upgradeable. Get this relaxing treatment before you strut around the pool in your summer swim suit or halter top. Sanitas Glycolic Chemical Peel $45 This treatment is an alpha-hydroxi acid peel. Glycolic peels are recommended for almost every skin type and treat fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, uneven skin texture and tone, breakouts, and other skin conditions. The peel is followed by a calming hydration mask and protecting moisturizers. Glycolic peels come in 3 different strengths, each peel's strength is graduated to give the skin a more therapeutic treatment. Peels work the best when done in sets of 6 each 2 to 4 weeks apart. Body Salt Scrub $60 (with facial $80) This relaxing treatment will leave your arms, legs, back, chest, hands, and feet noticeably softer and more hydrated. Epsom salts exfoliates dead skin cells and relaxes the muscles while jojoba oil moisturizes the skin. After the salt is cleaned away the treatment is finished with super emollient body lotion.
